Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams (for serving)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes, then spread it evenly over the dough.
  6. Top the spinach with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives.
