- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams (for serving)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes, then spread it evenly over the dough.
