Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough - 200 grams
  • Fresh Spinach - 150 grams
  • Feta Cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Ricotta Cheese - 100 grams
  • Red Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dried Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese - 30 grams, grated (for topping)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped red onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and spinach to the skillet. Cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta, ricotta cheese, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add the cooled spinach and onion mixture. Mix well until combined.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
