- Ground pork sausage - 300 grams
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Red onion - 1 medium, diced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4 pieces, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Take the soaked wooden skewers and begin assembling the skewers by alternately threading the sausage mixture, diced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion onto each skewer.
- Brush the assembled skewers with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sausage is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
