- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams
- Cucumber - 1 medium, diced
- Bell pepper (any color) - 1, diced
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Grill the Greek sausages for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely browned.
