- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush it over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
