- Ground lamb - 300 grams

- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Cucumber - 1/2, grated
- Greek yogurt - 150 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste (for tzatziki)
- Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped (optional)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped red onion, parsley, mint, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the lamb patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the tzatziki sauce. In a separate bowl, mix the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and salt. Stir in chopped dill if using.
- Toast the whole wheat burger buns in a toaster or on a skillet until lightly golden.
