  • Dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, carrot, and celery, and sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
