- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Fresh basil - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles (zoodles) and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in the zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing gently to combine.
