- Zaatar spice blend - 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese - 100g, crumbled
- Cherry tomatoes - 100g, halved
- Olives - 50g, pitted and sliced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, honey, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free pizza flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
