  • Cherry tomatoes - 100g (halved)
  • Feta cheese - 50g (crumbled)
  • Olives - 50g (sliced)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine gluten-free all-purpose flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
