- Egg - 1 large

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach mixture, ricotta cheese, crumbled feta cheese, egg, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill. Mix well until fully combined.
