  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1/2, diced
  • Tzatziki sauce - 100 grams (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine diced chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through and nicely browned. Remove from heat.
  4. Spread the gluten-free pizza base onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the pizza base.
  6. Top the chicken with crumbled feta cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly melted and the crust is golden.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle diced cucumber over the pizza and drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
