Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Shrimp - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Squid - 100 grams, cleaned and cut into rings
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in the shrimp and squid, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until the seafood is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Add the cooked gluten-free pasta to the skillet, along with the crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss everything together gently until well combined and heated through.
