Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza crust - 1 large (30 cm)
  • Loukaniko sausage - 200 grams, sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the sliced loukaniko sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the red onion and bell pepper until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Roll out the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the sautéed vegetables and cooked loukaniko evenly over the pizza crust.
  6. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives on top.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the pizza.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
