- Loukaniko sausage - 200 grams, sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the sliced loukaniko sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the red onion and bell pepper until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Roll out the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the sautéed vegetables and cooked loukaniko evenly over the pizza crust.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives on top.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the pizza.
