- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, zested and juiced
Steps
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions for your gluten-free pizza base.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.

- Add the ground lamb to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

- Spread the cooked lamb mixture evenly over the pizza base. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the top and add lemon zest.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for the time specified on the pizza base package or until the edges are golden and the cheese is slightly melted, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and drizzle with lemon juice before slicing and serving.
