Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza base - 1

  • Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon - 1, zested and juiced

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions for your gluten-free pizza base.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the ground lamb to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
  5. While the lamb is cooking, prepare the gluten-free pizza base according to the package instructions, then place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Spread the cooked lamb mixture evenly over the pizza base. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
