- Cucumber - 50 grams, diced
- Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Feta cheese - 75 grams, crumbled
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings by mixing the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and oregano in a bowl.
- Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
