Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, diced
  • Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Feta cheese - 75 grams, crumbled
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the gluten-free pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  6. While the crust is baking, prepare the toppings by mixing the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and oregano in a bowl.
  7. Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
