  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gluten-free pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
