- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 75 grams, pitted and sliced
- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a small skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the sautéed tomatoes and garlic evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, sliced Kalamata olives, and chopped fresh oregano over the top.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the other ingredients.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the pizza.
