  • Fresh dill, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ground lamb or beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in the cooked rice, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.

  5. Evenly distribute the rice and meat mixture over the pizza base.
  6. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
