Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground lamb or beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in the cooked rice, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
- Spread the gluten-free pizza base on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Evenly distribute the rice and meat mixture over the pizza base.
- Top with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice.
