Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and crushed garlic.
- Gradually add water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter onto the tray, spreading it evenly to form a pizza base.
- Bake the chickpea base in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden and firm up.
- Remove the base from the oven, spread tomato sauce evenly over the top, and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, diced bell pepper, and red onion.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the toppings.
