Ingredients

  • Gluten-free pizza crust - 1 medium (approx. 30 cm diameter)
  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams
  • Canned artichoke hearts - 100 grams, drained and chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chopped artichokes, wilted spinach, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
