- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Pine nuts - 30 grams, toasted
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the red bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, chopped parsley, and toasted pine nuts.
- Spoon the feta mixture generously into each half of the bell peppers.
