  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, and diced avocado.
  2. Add the Kalamata olives and chopped fresh parsley to the bowl.
