  • All-purpose flour - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh lemon - 1 for juice
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  2. Spread the flour on a plate and lightly dust each slice of feta on both sides with flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot.
  4. Carefully place the floured feta slices in the pan and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once cooked, remove the feta from the pan and place it on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
