- Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped red onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
