- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
- Artichoke hearts - 100 grams, marinated and chopped
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic to create a garlic oil. Brush this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
- Spread the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, red onion, spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts evenly on top of the dough.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and black pepper over the toppings, then drizzle lemon juice on top for added flavor.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
