Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Artichoke hearts - 100 grams, marinated and chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic to create a garlic oil. Brush this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Spread the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, red onion, spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts evenly on top of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano and black pepper over the toppings, then drizzle lemon juice on top for added flavor.
  6. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve warm.
