Ingredients

  • Feta cheese - 150 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Butter - 30 grams (melted)
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or basil) - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and almond flour until well mixed.
  3. Press the almond flour mixture into the bottom of a small springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, blend the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, egg, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
