Ingredients

  • Feta cheese - 200 grams
  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and add the almond flour, egg, chopped parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the feta bites to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them.
  4. Fry the bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the bites from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
