Steps
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese and add the almond flour, egg, chopped parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the feta bites to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Fry the bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
