- All-purpose flour - 50 grams
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Panko breadcrumbs - 100 grams
- Olive oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Using your hands, form the cheese mixture into small balls, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Roll each cheese ball in the flour, then dip it into the beaten egg, and finally coat it with panko breadcrumbs. Ensure each ball is fully covered.
