- Feta cheese - 200 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
- Zucchini - 1 medium (about 200 grams)
- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium (about 150 grams)
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Oregano (dried) - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - a handful, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a baking dish, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced zucchini, and chopped bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
