- Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Fresh spinach - 50 grams
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the surface.
- Spread the halved cherry tomatoes evenly on the dough and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Add the fresh spinach and sprinkle the dried oregano and black pepper over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with fresh basil leaves.
