Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Fresh spinach - 50 grams
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  5. Spread the halved cherry tomatoes evenly on the dough and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
  6. Add the fresh spinach and sprinkle the dried oregano and black pepper over the pizza.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is slightly melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before garnishing with fresh basil leaves.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
