Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes - 300 grams
  • Feta cheese - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the tomatoes are well-coated.
