  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the fresh spinach and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with spinach and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set.
