- Feta cheese - 200 grams, crumbled
- Mixed olives (green and black) - 150 grams, pitted and halved
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, halved olives, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the feta is slightly golden and the olives are warmed through.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then serve warm as a main dish.
