Ingredients

  • Feta cheese - 200 grams, crumbled
  • Mixed olives (green and black) - 150 grams, pitted and halved
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, halved olives, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the feta is slightly golden and the olives are warmed through.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then serve warm as a main dish.
