Ingredients

  • Feta cheese - 200 grams, cubed
  • Kalamata olives - 100 grams, pitted
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 wooden or metal

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped oregano, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
  2. Add the cubed feta cheese to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the feta is marinating, soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning (if using metal skewers, skip this step).
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. On each skewer, thread a piece of marinated feta, a Kalamata olive, and a cherry tomato. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the feta is slightly golden and the tomatoes are blistered.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve warm or at room temperature.
