Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Spinach - 30 grams, fresh
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon, dried
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over it.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Evenly distribute the crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, red onion, and fresh spinach on top of the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano and black pepper over the toppings.
  8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
