- Fresh arugula - 50 grams
- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Spread the garlic oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the dough, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- While the pizza is baking, toss the arugula with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice.
