Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 100 grams
  • Fresh arugula - 50 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  5. Spread the garlic oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the dough, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  8. While the pizza is baking, toss the arugula with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice.
  9. Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and top with the arugula mixture.
  10. Slice and serve immediately.
