Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fennel sausage (dairy-free) - 150 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper (red or green) - 50 grams, sliced
  • Black olives - 30 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Fresh basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil to prevent it from getting soggy.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the fennel sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Evenly distribute the cooked fennel sausage over the tomato sauce.
  8. Add the sliced red onion, bell pepper, and black olives on top of the sausage.
