- Fresh mint - 15 grams, chopped

- Pita bread - 1 medium, cut into triangles
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
