  • Radishes - 5, sliced thinly
  • Red bell pepper - 1 small, diced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 25 grams, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 15 grams, chopped
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Pita bread - 1 medium, cut into triangles
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the pita bread triangles on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until crispy and golden.
