  • Water - 100 milliliters
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Wash the green beans and trim the ends.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper, and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the green beans and water to the skillet, cover, and let it cook for about 15 minutes until the beans are tender.
  6. Remove the lid and stir in the red wine vinegar and chopped parsley, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving warm.
