  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ground lamb or beef - 150 grams
  • Rice, uncooked - 50 grams
  • Fresh dill, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
  • Kalamata olives, sliced - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the ground lamb or beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in the uncooked rice, chopped dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Distribute the meat and rice mixture over the sauce, then sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and sliced Kalamata olives on top.
  8. Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
