- Ground lamb or beef - 150 grams
- Rice, uncooked - 50 grams
- Fresh dill, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 50 grams
- Kalamata olives, sliced - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the meat and rice mixture over the sauce, then sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and sliced Kalamata olives on top.
- Drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
