- Cuttlefish - 400 grams, cleaned and cut into rings
- Cuttlefish ink - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the cuttlefish rings to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
- Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cuttlefish ink, stirring well to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste and cook for an additional 10 minutes on low heat until the cuttlefish is tender.
- Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
