Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 2 medium
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Red onion - 1/2 small
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes under cold water.
  2. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and add it to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the cucumber slices, halved cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives to the bowl.
