- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
- Tomato - 1 medium, sliced

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the lamb patties and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing the tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
- Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- To serve, take a large lettuce leaf, place a lamb patty inside, and top with slices of tomato, cucumber, red onion, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy!
