- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
Steps
- Rinse the wild greens thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt or grit.
- In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Add the wild greens to the boiling water and reduce the heat to medium. Boil for about 10-12 minutes until the greens are tender.
- Once cooked, drain the greens and rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Add the drained greens to the bowl and toss gently until well coated with the dressing.
- Serve warm or at room temperature as a side dish.
