Steps
- Wash the wild greens thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or grit.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the greens for about 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- Drain the greens and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process and retain their vibrant color.
