  • Kalamata olives - 100 grams, pitted
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Start by washing all the vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and place it in a mixing bowl.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the cucumber.
  4. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the salad mixture.
  5. Dice the green bell pepper and incorporate it into the bowl.
  6. Add the pitted Kalamata olives to the bowl.
