- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, diced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the olive oil over the surface of the dough.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly on top of the dough.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the sauce.
- Add the sliced Kalamata olives, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and bell pepper on top of the cheese.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
