Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the olive oil over the surface of the dough.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on top of the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the sauce.
  7. Add the sliced Kalamata olives, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and bell pepper on top of the cheese.
  8. Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
