- Pasta (penne or fusilli) - 150 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
- Cucumber - 100 grams, diced
- Kalamata olives - 50 grams, pitted and halved
- Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh parsley - 15 grams, chopped
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Red wine vinegar - 15 ml
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, red onion, and parsley.
