- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
- Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives - 1/4 cup, pitted and sliced
- Fresh spinach - 1 cup
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create the tzatziki sauce.
